What we collect

"Get on the list" and "Notify me" take you to a Google Form where we collect your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. "Enquire as a venue" takes you to a separate Google Form where we collect your first name, last name, business name, email address, phone number, and whether you have buying authority. Google processes these submissions on our behalf and we receive the responses.

We don't knowingly collect any special category data (health, ethnicity, and similar) through this site.

Why we use it

To send you updates about the Discoteq launch, activations, and events you've asked to hear about
To respond to trade enquiries from bars and venues
To understand how many people are interested, so we can decide whether to keep building this

Our legal basis for marketing emails is your consent, given when you tick the checkbox and submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

How long we keep it

We'll keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months of inactivity] — whichever comes first.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. Both our mailing list signup and our trade enquiries are collected via Google Forms, which processes that data under Google's own privacy policy. If we later move to a dedicated email marketing platform (for example Mailchimp or Klaviyo), this section will be updated to reflect that.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:

Show you what data we hold about you
Correct it if it's wrong
Delete it
Stop using it for marketing (unsubscribe link in every email, or just email us)
